Rogue Art Glass recognizes certain Online Communities and Professional Associations as Community Contributors through discounts to their members and special contributions to Non-Profit Death Care and Support orgnaizations. If you are a current member of a Grieving association, we have special benefits for you and your fellow Members. If you are a Family interested in purchasing a Rogue Art Glass Memorial Urn or Keepsake, please call 877-GLASS-17 and we will direct you to a Participating Provider near you. Please review our Dealer page to see if you are close to an established Participating Provider. Feel free to EMAIL your location to us and we will send you a list of Providers near you.
If you and/or your Family are working with a Provider who does not carry our line but you would like to include one of our Urns or Keepsakes in your Memorial, please make your Provider aware of your choice and have them call us to use our convenient DROP SHIP process.

Because a Blown Glass Urn or Customized Memorial choice is often a complex process of reviewing the available offerings, identifying with a design and/or color...perhaps even choosing what material it will be made of, we have chosen not to use automated purchasing. You will speak with a person who can help you with your personal choices.
We accept Cash, Check, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.
If you do not have a credit card, or PayPal account, we can accept postal money orders and bank issued Cashiers Check. When money order, bank check or Cashiers check are used, we will wait to ship your order until funds have cleared...typically 3-5 days.
If you wish to use Paypal, once we have agreed to your choices, we will invoice you at the price agreed. Upon payment, we will start your memorial. We are a "Verified" Paypal merchant.
How we ship...
We ship Standard Urns UPS ground for $15 each. Remembrance Eggs are $15 s/h (contiguous US. AK, HI, Canada +$20us). Stocking Dealer quantity orders will be quoted for shipping upon order confirmation. Orders are FOB Grants Pass, Oregon unless other shipping arrangements have been made.
All Custom work will have a minimum shipping charge of $20. If costs are beyond our minimum charge, you will be charged the actual cost of service you choose + $10 for each item. If you prefer faster service (overnight, 2 day...etc) we will gladly provide that service at actual cost + $10 per item.
ALL ORDERS ARE PRESUMED TO BE PREPAID UNLESS TERMS (MADE AVAILABLE TO STOCKING DEALERS ONLY) HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED AND CREDIT APPROVED. ALL CUSTOM DESIGN IS TO BE PREPAID AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
