Our standard urn sizes are: Standard, Small and Keepsake
Our Standard cremation urns will accommodate the cremated remains of a healthy person up to 200+ pounds. The Small will accommodate the remains of a healthy person up to 100 pounds and Keepsake size does not come with a volume estimate as it is only designed for a token amount of cremated remains.
The standard for identifying necessary Urn volume is fairly simple; for each pound of healthy weight prior to cremation we assume 1 cubic inch of needed volume. For example; a person who weighed 100 pounds prior to cremation would need approximately 100 cubic inches of needed volume in their Urn (a small size urn). If you need to enlarge the standard volume the proportional surcharge is 10% per 10% increase from the standard size.
If your urn is intended for Niche placement, please be sure to let us know the dimensions of the Niche so that your urn is able to fit.
HOW MUCH ASH IS NEEDED FOR MEMORIAL SCULPTURES?
Only a very small amount is needed. We ask that you provide a teaspoon of ash for each ash inclusive memorial. Custom Ash Inclusive Memorials will be estimated at time of order based on your desire for capacity and can be made to include all the ash at your request.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Most of our Classic, Flared Classic and Tall Classic urn shapes will ship within 3 days of your order. For custom features, like sculpted components, unique patterns or any item that we are making for the first time, we ask for 2 weeks lead time. We are always prepared to work on short time frames or to meet a memorial ceremony schedule.

WILL MY MEMORIAL LOOK JUST LIKE THE PICTURES ON THE SITE?
Your memorial will be unique due to the handmade nature of our glass work. No guarantee to color, pattern or uniformity is made. Each piece is made to order by hand and therefore will have individual characteristics which will never be reproduced
HOW DO I SEAL THE CAP TO THE URN?
The caps for the urns are made of glass. We suggest 2 methods of attachment; 1 permanent, 1 temporary. If you intend to have access to the cremains in the future, for additional memorials or spreading, we advise use of a pliable sealer like silicone window sealer that can be cut open in the future without damage to the urn. If you want a permanent seal, Gorilla Glue or similar with bond the cap to the urn at or greater than the strength of the glass itself.
MAY I RETURN MY MEMORIAL?
If you have purchased one of our standard urn styles in a non-custom color pattern and have not placed any ash or remains in the memorial, yes, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Within 10 days of receipt, please call the toll free number for return instructions. Your return must be recieved within 20 days of reciept. After 20 days, a 15% re-stocking charge is assessed. No items will be refunded if received by us past the 30th day of your orders receipt per UPS tracking. All refunds are subject to re-sellability of returned products. Please protect yourself and insure your return package for the purchase price. Custom orders of any kind are not returnable, nor are any which have had remains placed in them. All ash inclusive items (sculpture/jewelry) are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and all risks of loss or damage associated with return shipping is borne by the customer.
